The purpose of the database

The information collected will be used to identify the client and/or partner and inform them of our services. In addition, information will be used to maintain and develop the client or partner relationship, as well as in support of sales and marketing.

The intention of collecting data

Information regarding the client or the partner will be collected and handled at the client’s or partner’s agreement, or in order to implement a contract created together with the client or the partner.

The content of the database

Company name, corporate ID, address, email address, phone number.

Partner name, corporate ID, address, email address, phone number.

Preservation of data

Information will be preserved for as long as it is needed to fulfill the contract with the client or partner and develop the relationship. Data for marketing is preserved for 6 months.

The persons themselves. Databases maintained by authorities, within the set legal limits. Data is also collected with Google Analytics and from other public and/or open sources.

Regulative disclosure of information and the transfer of information outside of EU or EEA

Information is regularly not disclosed outside of the company.

Use of cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are sent to the user’s computer and stored there. Security of the database

Information is transferred through a SSL-protected connection. Electronic information is protected with a firewall, which secured with a username and a password. Use of data is only given to those in the service of the data controller who require the information to complete their work.

Automated decision-making

Automated individual decision-making (EU General Data Protection Regulation, Article 22) is not performed.

Rights of the registered user

A person who has registered holds the right to check what information about them has been saved into the database. A written request is to be sent signed to the person in charge of the database. The right to check this information is free when performed at a maximum of once a year.

The registered person has the right to request faulty or expired information to be corrected or deleted, or for information to be moved from one database to another. They have the right to limit or protest the handling of their data, in accordance to EU General Data Protection Regulation Articles 18 and 21.

The registered person has the right to cancel their previously-given agreement for data processing or file a complaint regarding the processing of their personal information to the data protection authority.

The registered person also has the right to deny their information from being used for direct marketing.
